If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged or defective prints
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong item
If you received the wrong city, style or size, we will replace it at no cost.
Made-to-order items
Because every print is produced individually for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check the city, style and size carefully before ordering — each product page shows exactly what will be printed.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
